Timothy V. Hartung
Chief Executive Officer
After retiring from the military in 2018, Mr. Hartung served as an Asset Specialist and then as an Operations Manager in the Oil and Gas industry. In 2021 he took a position back in the government sector where he exceled at in his positions before investing in the Ilume startup. Mr. Hartung brings a great deal of experience and a wealth of knowledge in finance, marketing, and analytics to the ilume Team.

Shawn Mcnicol
Chief Financial Officer
Shawn McNicol is retired from the military living in Pinehurst, NC. After graduating from West Point (’04) and serving a full career in the military as an Armor and Cavalry Officer he holds a degree in geography, masters in education, knowledge/information management training, data analytics, and is a certified real estate broker and property manager.
With his wife, Julie, and two kids they own several businesses in NC and are active entrepreneurs focused on serving the community. He has a passion for technology and business innovation and uses his experience to support companies successfully create new products and services that change the industry.
Ronald Camp
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Camp is a decorated Army veteran with 21 years of service. His extensive experience in leading Soldiers and navigating difficult terrain in a range of challenging environments while operating abroad, has honed his superior interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and motivate others. Throughout his career, Ron has exemplified the values of service, teamwork, and hard work, earning the respect and admiration of all those who have had the pleasure of working with him.
In recognition of his exceptional leadership skills, Ron earned the title of "Sapper," having completed a rigorous leadership course that challenged him to think critically and creatively, while operating with limited resources. He excelled in the program, demonstrating his effectiveness through precision, speed, and unwavering attention to detail.
Uri Ruijsenaars
Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Ruijsenaars has spent decades in the fields of sales and marketing, rounding out his value to the iLume team with five years spent as a free-lance graphic designer. During this time he trained his keen eye for composition designing business logos, t-shirts and brochures, and doing web page layouts for a wide variety of businesses using industry-standard design software. The challenges of successfully running a small business prepared him to take the next leap when investing in the iLume startup, where he can now bring his diverse set of skills to bear.
Anthony Bruner
Chief Technology Officer
After retiring from the military, Mr. Bruner continued his career as an Information Technology Technician. With a wealth of knowledge and experience Mr. Bruner currently manages several network platforms for the Government. He brings the values, skills, and years of experience to the hi-viz digital advertising world.
